Frequently Asked Questions

  • I use a variety of mid-fire clays and glazes. All clay bodies are fired twice for maximum durability.

  • Generally, orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days. During high-volume periods, such as a new launch/drop, this may extend to 5-7 business days.

  • I take heavy precautions while packing orders to avoid any damage while in transit. While shipping damage is unlikely, it’s not impossible. If you receive a damaged piece, please reach out as soon as possible so we can come to a resolution.

  • I ask that you please contact the carrier for assistance first. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please visit the contact us form here, and I’m happy to try and help!

  • All mid-fire clay used is microwave safe. Please note that pieces with added materials—such as metal chains or wood—may not be suitable for microwave use.

  • Nearly all of my work is dishwasher safe; however, handwashing is recommended to preserve the finish.

  • Mid-fire clay is not designed to tolerate the extreme temperature of ovens and is not recommended.

  • The majority of my work is food-safe, but please check on the individual listing to verify if you are interested in a particular piece.
